其實...我份工係分唔到係Merchandiser定係Sales.
應該係話...我suppose係一個sales...唔駛做跟單嘅工作. 不過...as a team work ma. 唔通條team有問題找你, 你唔help佢地解決問題咩. 所以...除咗sales, 我好多時都要做埋跟單嘅工作. 加上我係一個唔係善於sell自己同你溝通嘅人...更加唔喜歡投訴人...唉...就係咁...係MD心目中...I'm like a Merchandiser more than a Sales. So...he need me go to China and work with Merchandiser 4 days a week, 要做埋負責跟單工作之餘, 仲要做埋Sales嘅工作.
唔係工作性質或者地點嘅問題, 問題係在於I don't think I like a Merchandiser more than a Sales. 我覺得一個Sales, 唔係sell自己, 而係sell service 同sell間公司. 對我來講, 我好多客都係由零到幾千到幾萬嘅單...雖然唔係好多, 但至少有增長. 我就係唔明點解...明明做咁多野...都要係咁.
今日file返呢2個week報價嘅costing...更加唔開心. 我一個人design咗三十幾組辦出來...預備個客12月來落單. 連Design都要做埋...MD都仲要覺得我唔似個Sales...好灰...無咩意思law. 就萛豬先生真係同MD講返個事實, 但係佢心目中...我永遠都係一個Merchandiser...要俾佢流放上China. 呢個先係我唔開心嘅main point.
不過還好...我有好多朋友惜我.
